Interactive Media Design for the Majestic Lushan Museum Exhibition
"Changlin Breeze" and "Animal Kingdom" are two interactive large-screen installations I designed for the "Lushan Tianxia You" Museum in Jiangxi, China. "Changlin Breeze" is primarily aimed at museum visitors to educate them about the diverse plant life of Mount Lushan, while "Animal Kingdom" introduces visitors to the various animal species that inhabit the region.
On the primary page of Changlin Breeze, I designed a carousel display featuring six types of plants: flowering plants, foliage plants, medicinal plants, timber plants, rare plants, and edible plants. The screen transitions to the next plant category after a set interval. By clicking on a specific plant category, users are directed to the Level 2 page, where they can explore the plants of that category found on Mount Lushan.
When a specific plant is clicked on the secondary page of Changlin Breeze, the interface will transition to a detailed information page about that plant. This page provides visitors with educational content about the plant, offering in-depth knowledge and information related to its characteristics.
On the primary page of Animal Kingdom, I designed a carousel display featuring four types of animals: aquatic animals, reptiles, birds, and mammals. The screen transitions to the next animal category after a set interval. By clicking on a specific animal category, users are directed to the Level 2 page, where they can explore the animals of that category found on Mount Lushan.
When a specific animal is clicked on the secondary page of Animal Kingdom, the interface will transition to a detailed information page about that animal. This page provides visitors with educational content, offering in-depth knowledge and information related to the animal's characteristics and habitat.
